into the sunken cabana surrounded on three sides by the blueness of the
free form swimming pool, the sound of the waterfall will make you feel
like you’re dining in the midst of nature. As the sun sets upon the mountainous

jazz band plays nightly (except Mondays)to accompany your dining experience.

At Bosco
the Restaurant, the only thing that can distract your attention from the
view is the cuisine. Start with an order of Fresh Shitake Mushrooms and
you will begin to understand how perfectly Italian and Asian flavors come
together. You’ll have a hard time deciding between the Zuppa Pavese and
the signature salad loaded with seafood and spicy lemon dressing. But
why choose? There’s a reason why they call it the soup course and the
other the salad course. Now, perhaps an even tougher choice lies between
the main dishes and the homemade pastas. We recommend the Lamb Fillet
in Mint Sauce or Spaghetti Pla Klem. But if you must choose between the
delectable meat dishes and the fresh pastas, the most sensible suggestion
we can make, is to bring friends…lots of friends and then you can share.
